I have to apologize for my delay in uploading events for the last several months. I hope to catch up soon!
Normally I try to get nearly all my photo's uploaded soon after the event, which means I batch-process them and leave more aggressive weeding and tweaking of colors and crops for later.
Recently I've been trying to get them geocoded and keyworded before uploading, as well as doing more weeding and color-correcting up front. This has slowed my uploading pace quite a bit, but will allow searching and "geobrowsing", and just more pleasant viewing.
Thank you, Lynn and ML and others for the many plant ID's provided. If you would like to suggest a caption (a plant-ID perhaps?), you can leave a comment with the photo - I'll convert it into a caption and keyword. Thanks!
Before you order prints or download originals, please let me know to give me a chance to improve on my mostly batch-processed versions first, and for some of the older ones, provide a higher-resolution version.
If you are the person in the picture, or the photo was taken at your non-profit organization's sponsored event, you are certainly entitled to use the photo for your not-for-profit purpose. I would appreciate knowing what your use will be (I may be able to provide you a more appropriate version of the image.)
